Boring day on the elliptical. 96 minutes at moderate effort. The best part about the workout was the feeling of work that kicks in about halfway through. Generally, at somewhere around 45 minutes, the effort to continue seems to decline while the feeling of power in my body (feels like it) rises. Don't tell me about Endorphins, pheromones or anything else. I'm not interested in the science and since it doesn't happen every time, I'm going to simply chalk it up to "happy happy". How's that for science?
One topic I haven't really discussed here is diet, eating habits, and hunger. Stay tuned - not because I have anything epic or noteworthy to say but because I want you to keep reading!
As always, whoever is here with me, thanks. Although sometimes I think I'm the only one who will ever read this, it is comforting to know that when I'm worm food, maybe my great great grandkids may be able to.......
