Not much new

Today, Friday, I was back on the road again.  Again, no pain in the legs, no pain in the collarbone, no stiffness, no soreness, and nothing at all negative.  Boring, huh?

Wednesday was a 3 miler, Thursday was an off day and today was  2.  For those of you who run, you will likely see this as a warm-up and you would be right.  I have to admit that I am beginning my post-accident training (and corresponding four week layoff), as though I was just beginning to run again.  The only difference is that I am continuing to work in the gym as I "start-over", lifting and working the elliptical.

In the past, I have begun slowly but ramped up far too fast, resulting in injury within a year.  Duh.  You would think I would learn but I am a slow learner.  This time, I am going to try to listen to reason - start slow, increase gradually, and rest.

Smalls, you're killing me.
