In October, I went to Philadelphia to visit Mom and see Springsteen at the Spectrum. Jon came here (KC) later in the month to catch the show at the Sprint Center. Show cancelled due to death in the roadie group. Tim Helfer and I decided on a road trip to make up for the cancelled KC show and decided on Baltimore - his bro lives in Arlington, Jon lives outside Phila, blah blah blah. Long story short, we ended up in 2nd row. Best show ever out of however many I have seen. If I can figure out how, I'll post a pic.
8 yesterday - slow and easy. Boy is that fun - running slow and easy. No pain. Today was a short swim.
