To anyone reading this, I'm assuming you are either a friend, relative, or someone who has a vicarious interest in seeing me fall flat on my face with this mid-life (ok,LATE mid-life) marathon foolishness.
No matter who you are, I want to wish you the happiest of holidays, full of smiles and good health. Sometimes life just stinks, you get coal in your stocking and the Chanukah Fairy isn't especially good to you but let's face it - if you are reading this, you are vertical and can see your breath on the mirror. And that's a better place to be than the alternative.
I am blessed with a family I love dearly (someday, children, you will read this and laugh like hell at my vanity), and that includes you, Mother, Jon, and Elyse, along with friends past and present whose fellowship I continue to appreciate. Life has been, and continues to be good to me and I am thankful for that.
And Deb, I love you like crazy! Thanks for all you do!
Merry Happy and Be Safe to all and to all, a good night.
More on the marathon crap later.
