Up hill against the wind.....both ways

It was a cold and windy day....ok, enough from my never-to-be novel. It was, however, around 35 today, which in and of itself would have been ok but there was also a 15-20 mph wind blowing from the SSW. This meant, of course, that the first half of today's 10 miles was with the wind. Not bad, I thought as I turned a corner at 5 miles. I quickly realized that the second half of the run was going to be S-L-O-W.....and it was. The whole run was about 9:25 pace but the last half took, well, forever.

I hate this damned Oz wind.
