Yep, I took off yesterday. Not because of leg stress, mind stress or fatigue but just because I felt like it. That and the 40 cubic yards of mulch I had delivered and spent 7 hours shoveling, carting and spreading. It was probably a better workout than the gym anyway. At least that's what I told myself.
Coffee - does anyone out there drink it? How does it affect your running? Do you drink it before you run? The reason for all the questions is that I do drink it, sometimes to excess. I find that my workout lags somewhat if I don't have a cup or 4 in the morning. Just curious.
