Hope springs eternal and this spring, I am hoping...Another 6 minutes yesterday and no pain. Tomorrow will be another 6 minutes on the road (everything thus far has been on the hamster wheel) and we'll see how it feels. I am also going to take my shoes to the local running store. I bought two pairs of identical shoes and have alternated religiously, meaning that the mileage on each pair is identical. Interestingly, one pair shows severe wear on the outside of the right (same side as bad knee) shoe, indicating that either the shoe is out of wack or I a supponator. Let's see what the "shoe experts" say.
Since the weather is improving, it's time to go outside.......
