I have to admit, there's nothing in this world like running at the beach. The air seems cleaner, the sun brighter, and it sure is flat.
I continue to run every other day, working on the elliptical every day while running afterward every other day. This morning was an elliptical-only day. Yesterday was 30 minutes on the elliptical and another half hour on the road. Tomorrow should be 15 on the machine with 45 on the road...a nice, slow run, breathing the salt air, and maybe looking for houses for sale.
Am I serious? Maybe....not today but who knows......
